Physical Physical health relates to the physical portion of your body - the nerves, organs, muscles, ligaments, joints and bones. Whether it is during the birth process or falling out of a tree, the body’s tissues can be damaged and lead to multiple health problems.

Chemical Chemical health is what we put into our body or come into contact with in our daily lives. The chemicals were are exposed to through either touch or in the air we breath have a direct effect on the nervous system and will lead to a variety of health problems.

  • Excessive Alcohol
  • Drugs/Medications
  • Tobacco Smoke
  • Environmental Pollution
  • High Fat Diets
  • Household Cleaners

 

 

Emotional Emotional health is related to the undeniable connection that exists between the mind and the tissues of the body. As our minds undergo the trials and tribulations we experience every day, our body is the unavoidable outlet for the effects and this will lead to a number of different health conditions.

Examples of Emotional Stress:

  • Deadlines at Work and Home
  • Traffic Jams
  • Financial Difficulties
  • Personal/Family Distress
  • Negative Thought Patterns
